Getting the on-screen text out of a TikTok
Lots of TikToks stack text on the screen in chunks. To save those words, you grab the video, pull a frame for each caption, and read the frames with an image to text converter. The captions are baked into the video as graphics, so OCR is the reliable way to capture them.
Why download the video first
